The working principle of industrial flake ice machine is mainly based on the refrigeration cycle system, and the ice making process is realized through the
following steps:
1. Water supply and distribution: First, water automatically enters the water storage tank through the replenishing water valve, and then passes through the flow
control valve and is pumped to the diverter by the water pump, and the water is evenly sprayed on the surface of the ice maker.
2. Cooling and freezing: The surface of the ice maker is cooled to the freezing point, and the water forms a water curtain on the wall of the ice maker, which
gradually condenses into ice when flowing through.
3. Ice layer thickness control: After the ice layer reaches the preset thickness, the hot air discharged by the compressor is redirected back to the ice maker wall,
replacing the low-temperature liquid refrigerant, forming a water film, and helping the ice layer to detach.
4. De-icing and collection: When the ice reaches the required thickness, through the hot air guidance and water film lubrication, the ice cubes fall freely into the
ice storage tank under the action of gravity to complete the de-icing process.
5. Recycling: Unfrozen water flows back to the water storage tank through the porous groove, restarts the circulation work, and avoids the discharge of wet ice.
6. Refrigeration system: The refrigeration system of the ice machine is operated by the compressor, and then goes through the steps of suction, compression,
exhaust, condensation (liquefaction), throttling, etc., and then evaporates in the evaporator at low temperature to absorb heat and vaporize, so as to achieve the
refrigeration effect.
7. Function of the evaporator: The evaporator is composed of ice knives, water trays, main shafts, water trays, etc., and rotates under the drive of the reducer.
Water is evenly sprinkled on the ice surface through the water pipe to form a water film, which exchanges heat with the refrigerant in the refrigerant flow
channel, quickly lowers the temperature, and forms thin ice.
Industrial flake ice machines are widely used in aquatic products, food, supermarkets, dairy products, medicine, chemistry, vegetable preservation and
transportation, marine fishing and other industries, and are valued for their high performance, low failure rate and hygiene requirements.
