Commercial cube Ice making machine operation details
1: Before starting the commercial cube ice machine, you need to check whether the water supply device can operate normally and whether the amount of water in the water tank is reasonable. The water level has been adjusted before the machine leaves the factory, and the user does not need to make any adjustments.
2: Plug in the power, and the cube ice machine will work normally. When the water pump starts running, it will take about 2 minutes for the compressor to start normally, and the equipment will enter the ice making state.
3: When the ice cube thickness reaches the set thickness, the ice plate probe starts to start, and when the defrost solenoid valve starts to work, the water pump stops working, hot air enters the evaporator, and the ice cubes begin to fall in about 1 minute. When the ice cubes fall, the ice falling baffle flips to open the orpiment switch. When the origen switch is closed again, the equipment enters the ice making process.
4: The compressor is always running during normal ice making and ice removal.
5: When the ice in the refrigerator bucket is full, the orpiment switch cannot automatically close, the machine automatically stops working, and the ice cubes are taken away. After the origen switch is re-closed, the machine enters the ice making process normally.
