Solution: replace the ball valve.

4. The water valve of the ice bucket of the flake ice machine is opened too much (the water valve switch has been adjusted at a 45-degree angle when it leaves the factory), causing the water diversion plate to overflow.

Solution: Adjust the water valve to a proper position (if the water diversion pan overflows, the valve can be adjusted down appropriately.

5. If the flake ice maker machine is used for a long time, the scale will block the water inlet of the ice maker machine, causing the water to fail to return to the water tank and overflow from the water tank.

Solution: Clean the dirt in the water tank.
